This is the entire first issue of The Amoral Stingray. Illustrated by Kevin Bandt. Kevin and Aaron collaborated in the “Mighty Marvel Style” — which means he worked off an outline for the story and then the book was fully scripted after the art was finished.

Zero’s Heroes: Welcome to New Haven

This was the very first Zero’s Heroes comic written and produced way back in 2008. Penciled by Sergio Apodaca, inked by Jesus Salas, and colored by Sara Rude-McCune. Written and Lettered by Aaron Walther. Relettered in 2020 and collected in Zero’s Heroes Volume Three.

Atomic Nazi Smasher

Originally appeared in the Liquid Courage anthology by St. Louis based Ink and Drink Comics. It is a parody of old war/superhero characters that was traced entirely from Golden Age comics. Written and “drawn” by Aaron Walther. Colored by Anthony Mathenia.

The Birdlander Issue #1

This is the first issue of The Birdlander. Completely illustrated by Ed Bickford. Written and Lettered by Aaron Walther. It originally ran as a webcomic in 2015-2016. All five issues are now collected as a trade paperback and available for purchase in the store.

After a decade of working with artists on fictional comics, indie writer Aaron Walther decided to draw his own comics. Each issue contains several short autobiographical stories about his life. Colors and additional illustrations provided by his lovely wife, Jessica Sydow.

Dogtown

Dogtown started as a short story for an anthology series that grew into a full fledged graphic novel. Each chapter is a short story about a different character in the cyberpunk city of Dogtown. This is the first chapter that started it all. First published in 2012.
